| Its better to stay away from this place. Its known that the owner was dodging the IRS for years, and now he continues to sell low quality merchandise with horrible customer service. He is always quick to point out that "All Sales are Final", and won't lift a finger to resolve a customer's problem. When I was in the store (for the LAST time), the employees used very crude language with me, refused to give me a refund even though my purchase wasn't made available to me for months and I had already bought the item somewhere else, refused even to allow an exchange, and threatened me if I did not leave immediately. My only crime was to say that I felt he was a bad business man because of his attitude. The owner also closes the store without notice often. He is not a member of the BBB, and doesn't care whether you file a report with them or not. Spend the extra money and go somewhere that you can be treated like a customer, not a dog, by people who pay their taxes and don't wear ankle monitors because they are criminals. |

If you want to be raped of your money so that you can live somewhere owned by a slum landlord then go for it. They don't even try to take care of their properties and yet you still pay a ridiculous amount of money. DO NOT RENT FROM COSTLEY AND COMPANY THEY ARE BAD BAD HORRIBLE LANDLORDS!!!!!!!!!!! IT IS MORALLY WRONG.
